Refund eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 3 days of purchase and one of the following applies:

  • Non-working or corrupted file (and we cannot provide a working replacement).
  • Item materially different from the product description.
  • Unresolvable technical issue after cooperating with our support team.
  • Duplicate/accidental duplicate charge for the same order.

Non-refundable cases

  • Change of mind or purchased by mistake after download started.
  • Lack of required software/hardware or incompatibility stated on the product page.
  • Discounted, promotional, or free items.
  • Successful download with no reproducible defect.

Digital content is considered delivered once the download link is accessed.

Re-download, replacement & fixes

If your download link expired or your file is damaged, we can reactivate links or provide a fresh build of the same product. Most issues are solved quickly through support.

Duplicate payments

Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full for the duplicate charge after verification.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@digitalduniya.store within 3 days and include:

  • Order ID and registered email
  • Product name and issue summary
  • Screenshot or error details (if any)

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Upon refund, any license keys or access credentials issued for the refunded product may be revoked or disabled.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you are considering a chargeback, please contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Unauthorized or fraudulent purchases will be handled promptly after verification.

Region-specific information (EU/UK)

For digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal typically does not apply once the download begins after you provide explicit consent to immediate supply. By purchasing and starting the download, you acknowledge and agree to this exception under applicable consumer law.
